1. Lightweight: Polypropylene resin is used as the main raw material for production. The specific gravity is only 0.9, only three-fifths of cotton. It is fluffy and feels good.
2. Softness: It is composed of fine fibers (2-3D) and is formed by light-point hot-melt bonding. The finished product is moderately soft and comfortable.
3. Water-repellent and breathable: Polypropylene slices do not absorb water, have zero water content, and have good water-repellent properties. They are made of 100% fiber and are porous and air-permeable. It is easy to keep the cloth dry and easy to wash.
4. Non-toxic and non-irritating: The product is produced with FDA food-grade raw materials, does not contain other chemical components, has stable performance, is non-toxic, non-odor, and does not irritate the skin.
5. Antibacterial and anti-chemical agents: Polypropylene is a chemically blunt substance, not moth-eaten, and can isolate the corrosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid; antibacterial, alkali corrosion, and the strength of the finished product will not be affected by erosion.
6. Antibacterial property. The product is water-repellent, does not mold, and can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid, and is not moldy.
7. Good physical properties. It is made of polypropylene spun yarn directly spread into a net and thermally bonded. The product strength is better than ordinary staple fiber products, the strength is non-directional, and the vertical and horizontal strengths are similar.

Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging and marking requirements, transportation and storage of polypropylene spunbond/meltblown/spunbond composite non-woven fabrics (hereinafter referred to as SMS).
This standard applies to polypropylene SMS products with 10g/m2->80g/m2 polypropylene as the main raw material

Noun term
The terms established in GB/T3291.3 and the following are applicable to this standard
3.1 Hard block
Refers to lumps caused by melt dripping.
3.2 Stiff wire

Note: For SMS products with a horizontally spread spunbond layer, the breaking strength and elongation indicators shall be implemented in accordance with the contract or agreement between the supplier and the demander.
4.3 Appearance quality
4.3.1 The cloth surface is uniform, smooth, without obvious creases, broken edges, holes, oil stains, and neatly packaged.
4.3.2 The width is in accordance with the contract and agreement. The width deviation is specified in Table 2.

4.3.3 Pollution: The product should be dry, clean, free of oil, insect, dust, metal powder and other pollution.
4.3.4 Hard blocks/stiff wires: no more than 10 pieces per 1000 meters, each area does not exceed 4cm2, and continuous hard blocks/stiff wires are not allowed.
4.3.5 Micro-holes: Refers to the pinhole-sized holes on the surface of the product. For sanitary and medical products, micro-holes are not allowed.
4.3.6 Odor: No abnormal smell is allowed.
4.3.7 Hole/tear/cut: No hole/tear/cut is allowed
4.3.8 Turning net/folding: no more than 10 per kilometer for the width of less than 5cm; no more than 1 per kilometer for the width of more than 5cm.
4.3.9 Wrinkles: Continuous dead wrinkles are not allowed.
4.4.10 Unreinforced area: It is not allowed to have more than 5 connected pressure point defects.
4.4.11 The appearance of the cloth roll: It should be clean, neat, without rotten edges and visible defects.
4.4.12 Joints: For diapers/sheets and women’s sanitary napkins, the number of joints per cloth roll is not allowed to exceed 1 per 1000 meters.

5.1 Appearance inspection
Under sufficient light, use normal sensory inspection and measure with a straightedge or steel ruler with an accuracy of 1mm.
5.2. Physical performance inspection
5.2.1 The measurement of mass per unit area shall be in accordance with FZ/T 60003-1991.
5.2.2 The determination of breaking strength and elongation shall be in accordance with FZ/T 60005-1991.
5.2.3 The measurement of anti-hydrostatic pressure shall be in accordance with GB/T 4744-1997.
5.2.4 The air permeability is measured according to GB/T 5453-1997, a 20cm2 test head is selected, a pressure difference of 100Pa is set, and the unit of measurement is l/m2/s.
5.2.5 Select one of the following methods to determine the width according to the contract or agreement.
5.2.5.1 Measure the width of the roll with a steel tape measure to be the width of the changed roll, accurate to 1mm,
5.2.5.2 Unwinding to relax the fabric, at least 5m away from the winding head, measure the width of at least 5 places with a rigid tape, accurate to 1mm. Calculate the average value (reserving integer digits) and use it as the width of the rewinding.

6.1 Inspection items
The square meter quality, strength, elongation, hydrostatic pressure, air permeability and width in the technical requirements are the factory inspection items. Products should be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product certificate before leaving the factory.
6.2 Batch regulations
Each batch of products must be a continuous production product with the same raw material ratio, process conditions and specifications.
6.3 Sampling regulations
For each batch of products, according to the provisions of FZ/T64004-93 in 7.3, the sample length 3m for physical properties is taken and the direction is calibrated, and the sampling date, production team and product specifications are recorded.
6.4 Evaluation of inspection results
The lowest level of the assessment items in the technical requirements is determined as the level of the batch of products. The physical and mechanical properties are determined by the batch, and the appearance

6.5 Acceptance rules
6.5.1 According to the quality inspection by the manufacturer, within 1 month of delivery, the receiver shall carry out acceptance inspection.
6.5.2 At the time of acceptance, the physical and mechanical performance test shall randomly sample samples from the batch at 10% of the delivery volume, and shall not be less than 2 rolls. Each roll shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6, and the average value of each roll shall be taken as Final result. Appearance inspection will be re-inspected at 20% of the delivery volume from the batch of products, not less than 5 rolls, under 400-600LX illumination, roll-to-roll inspection, if the non-conforming product rate exceeds 8%, then This batch of products is reduced by one grade accordingly.
6.5.3 If there is any objection to the quality of the product, it may be submitted to the arbitration inspection agency for re-inspection, and the re-inspection result shall be the final result, and the responsible party shall bear the cost of the re-inspection.
Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Packaging
The packaging material uses plastic film or shrink film.
7.2 Label
The label should be filled in clearly and neatly, and the content should include: manufacturer name, product name, executive standard number, label registration number, production batch number, product specifications (square meter weight, width, roll length, color, etc.), theoretical roll weight , Volume number, quality grade mark; label color can be determined according to needs.
7.3 Transportation
It should be protected from light, waterproof, moisture, pollution, breakage, and extrusion, and it is strictly forbidden to drop the cloth roll from a high place.
7.4 Storage
Store in a ventilated, dry, dark and clean warehouse.
